What we do

Practical support, built around the person.

Positive Behaviour Support looks beyond the behaviour to understand the person: their needs, strengths, environment and goals, and creates meaningful, sustainable change.

Functional Behaviour Assessments

Understanding the factors behind behaviour to inform practical, individualised recommendations.

Behaviour Support Plans

Interim and Comprehensive plans giving teams, families and providers clear, practical guidance.

Restrictive Practice Support

Support to understand restrictive practices and work toward safer, less-restrictive alternatives that protect dignity and rights.

Capacity Building

Coaching support workers, families and teams so strategies work consistently in everyday life.

How it works

A calm, collaborative process.

1

Understand

Careful assessment to understand why a behaviour is happening, and what will genuinely help, before any plan is written.

2

Plan together

Plans built with families and support teams, written to be clear, practical and usable by the people implementing them.

3

Support the team

Training and coaching so strategies stay consistent across every environment and the whole team feels confident.

“Behaviour is communication. Meaningful support looks beyond the behaviour to understand the person: their needs, their environment, their goals.”
